Meet our Finance and Administration Support Team

 

Our Finance Support team manage the finances for Marriott Oliver Solicitors, completing the following tasks; invoicing, receipting, payment of supplier invoices, payment by cheques, trust accounting and financial reporting.

 Our Administration Support team assists with the administration functions for the entire staff at Marriott Oliver Solicitors including; receiving and sending mail, archiving and storage of files, purchasing of office supplies, and marketing.

Our Support Team also includes our receptionist who manages our busy reception area for client appointments and handles all phone calls for the firm.

 Marriott Oliver Solicitors prides itself on assisting young local people with employment opportunities. We employ an office junior who works with our Administrative Team, while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal) and on the job training.

Our Administrative Team also includes our safe custody officer, who controls the documents held in our safe for clients.
