Sonia Brown grew up in a small country town in Northern NSW before relocating to Brisbane, QLD to undertake her tertiary education. Sonia graduated from Griffith University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of International Business.
During her final three years of university, Sonia worked as a commercial litigation paralegal for a large law firm in Brisbane. Seeking more client contact and a return to the country lifestyle, Sonia made a sea-change early in her career. She relocated to the Shoalhaven in 2005 to practice in her preferred areas of law, being family and general litigation.
Sonia completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Wollongong in 2006 and has been practicing in family law, wills and deceased estates and general litigation in the Shoalhaven area since that time.
